Massage Therapy
Our approach to Massage Therapy at Sweet Serendipity with Sierra is therapeutic, goal oriented, and team based. Sierra believes that not any one provider will fix everything happening with the body, but knowing where to start will both empower and assist you in the the most individualized way possible for the best long term results.
Sweet Serendipity with Sierra is a place created for all of us to learn how to pay attention to our bodies needs. That could look like pausing to recognize stress patterners, learning how to be comfortable asking uncomfortable questions about the body, or simply practicing stillness long enough to let yourself heal.
There is no one size fits all, and here at our practice there are no two massages that are the same.
If you are someone that is tired of living in pain, experiencing discomfort, or just wanting to make your body a priority, this is the place for you.
Events
Our motto when it comes to events here, or elsewhere, at Sweet Serendipity with Sierra is "Encouraging knots in our hair but detangling them from our minds, bodies, and spirits."
Hosting, speaking at, and providing our services at your events is our way of spreading that message to as many people as we can... one might call it serendipitous. There's always someone in this word looking for that big next step and our goal is to be there with a hand available to share our gifts to help them take it.
